Directions

Arriving by plane

Arrival at Stuttgart Airport.
From level 1 (lowest level) of the airport building, take the S-Bahn towards the main station and get off at the Universität station (journey time approx. 17 minutes). From the University Center exit, the easiest way to get to the ISS is to use the map and illustrated directions from the S-Bahn to the ISS.

Arrival by train

Arrival at the central station Stuttgart.
From the underground station of the station building, take one of the S-Bahn lines from platform 1:

  • S1 direction Herrenberg
  • S2 direction Filderstadt
  • S3 direction airport

and drive to the Universität station (journey time approx. 10 minutes). From the University Center exit, the easiest way to get to the ISS is to use the map and illustrated directions from the S-Bahn to the ISS.

Arrival by car

You drive to the interchange Stuttgart and from there on the A831 direction Vaihingen, University. On the campus, you can orient yourself with the help of the site plan. The easiest way to get from the parking lot to the ISS is to use the illustrated directions from the parking lot to the ISS.
